Welcome to Beauty 2 The Max . My name is Maxine and I am the owner.  I began my career back in 2008  when I trained as a Nail Technician so that I could work from home and still be a full time single mum.  

From there I went on to college and studied my level 2 in beauty and eventually my level 3. Over the years I have worked from home, mobile, owned a high street salon and also worked for other businesses. 

After exploring my holistic path I found a passion for spiritual work and discovered I was a Spiritual Medium and began to start offering 1 to 1 readings via video call and in person as well as platform demonstrations at a variety of spiritual centres and churches and have been working with spirit since 2016.

In 2019 I decided to take my career to the next level and studied for my level 3 AET & Assessors qualification so I could teach beauty, nails & holistic  training courses

In 2020 8 weeks before lockdown I launched my academy and began teaching online . It was probably the hardest time to launch a new business but I’m still here to tell the tale and now also freelance for other academies teaching beauty courses 😁

In November 2023 I completed my level 4 in Semi Permanent Makeup and now offer Brows, Eyeliner & Lip Blush .

My passion is to share my knowledge & experience with others and to help them grow their own empire. I have made all the mistakes over the years and learnt alot from them so its now my turn to share them with you to save you from making them as well.

I also have extensive knowledge with autism & ADHD as I have raised my daughter for the last 18 years alone as well as home educating her so I can adapt my teaching to suit all abilities.

We offer 1 to 1 training at our academy during school hours, in the evenings and also at weekends to fit around your current commitments.
